Welcome. My name is Julie and I am a Natural Therapist who has been working with women for many years to support their hormonal health and wellbeing.

As a fully qualified Clinical Reflexologist, I am passionate about the use of reflexology to support women’s hormonal health.

Working with an intuitive reflexology style and using my fertility awareness education, I have supported many couples in their fertility journey - whether through natural conception or IVF.

I have loved helping many women understand their hormones at all stages of their life, from teenagers, during their fertile years, and women transitioning through perimenopause, menopause, and then entering the post menopause stage of life.
