if you have cold/flu-like symptoms, let’s reschedule and meet when you are well again.
Whilst I understand this may cause some concerns, the welfare of both myself and my clients is always my priority.
Alternatively, I am happy to look at incorporating online sessions to support you with your fertility awareness education.

CANCELLATION POLICY and clinic procedures
Here at JMNT, I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Whilst I appreciate this, in my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, I will be implementing the following policies.
CANCELLATIONS
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment unless for unforeseen circumstances. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Please do not leave it until your reminder text to inform me that you will not be able to make your session.
If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice and I cannot fill your spot, a fee of 50% of the value of your missed appointment may be payable at your next appointment.
NO-SHOWS
Circumstances surrounding a 'No Show' will be reasonably considered, but a fee of 50% of the value of your missed appointment may be payable at your next appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Depending upon how late you arrive, considerations will be given to determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be required to pay for the “full” session.
Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
PRICING POLICY
I reserve the right to change any of the products or services at any time without warning or notice.
I reserve the right to change all treatment, product, and service prices at any time without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client depending on program, service or product sold to or brought by the individual client based on their personalised needs.
COVID-19
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19 and the nature of my work with vulnerable clients, I will be continuing to work within current health recommendations and this includes limiting the number of daily appointments to ensure correct cleaning/disinfecting procedures between clients.
If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic.
If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.
I hope that this will alleviate any hesitation or concern you have about any upcoming appointments for you.
